The Certificate: NO LIMITS SELF MANAGEMENT Level 1 (OLN-NLSM1)
Description: Earners participate in six hours of instruction and learning, in the concepts, facilities and application of No Limits Self Management™. Earners of this certificate learn the dynamics of introducing self-management and self-organization at scale in org-level change programs.
Level 1 certificate holders understand the concepts and facilities of No Limits Organizational Self Management (NLSM.) Level 1 certificate holders are knowledgable in NLSM and how to these concepts and facilities to improve results in org-level change efforts. Level 1 certificate holders have a fundamental understanding of No Limits Self Management as applied to org-level transformation programs.
