Information Collection and Use

For a better experience while using our service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your name, phone number, email address, and postal address. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you.

Email Lists
When you provide your email address to us, we use it to send you information about our work. We do not sell or rent your information to others. When you are registered to attend an event, we share your name and contact information with the presenter(s) to enable the presenter(s) to record attendance and contact registrants as a necessary part of “executing a contract” to deliver the service.

Most emails include a link which allows recipients to unsubscribe. Alternately, you may Contact Us on our website if you wish to stop receiving emails.

We have put in place appropriate physical, technical, and administrative procedures to minimize the risk of unauthorized access to User Data, to maintain its accuracy and to ensure its appropriate use.

All credit card transactions are managed by a reputable 3rd party agent. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving financial data. This includes the use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL).

Only Open Leadership Network, LLC staff and our authorized agents have access to the information provided by visitors to our site or our Courses site (powered by Moodle). Open Leadership Network, LLC takes reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Class survey and testing results in Courses may be shared with our trainers and training partners to improve our class curriculum. If you are taking a course that is certified by a third party such as Scrum Inc, we will share your data with them so that you can be certified. Certification is optional.
